  1. I'm 14 and tracking my calories. I'm trying to gain more weight, since I got chicken legs and skinny arms. I calculated online that I would need about 2800 calories to gain weight, considering the calories that I burn with training (I play soccer) I dont know, but it seems like a lot of calories. Would this calculation make sense?
