The first day of the Clutch Life 24/7 Trainer introduces you to how you’ll perform the workouts. We’ll go through the dynamic warm-up, the stretch series, and the strength circuits together! That’s seriously Clutch.

  1. not intense enough due to the short 20s period (the guy in video does not even sweat) but very professionally designed to keep stimulating different parts, helps me locating the weak parts, thank you

If you're doing this do not expect to see results right away, it takes around a month and you need to do it at least every other day, I recommend ever day because that's what I do and I started seeing results around 3 weeks, you do need a proper diet though and I can't stress it enough I know a lot of people give shit about diets, but diet is definitely key when you want results, it sucks but if you really want it you got it.

  3. did you ever think that perhaps having the Core Workout sign stretching across the lower third of the screen got in the way of seeing half the exercises being performed? Wow, Not too smart guys!

  4. I already have my abs and my V-shape formed. Not perfect of course, but formed. But I'm doing calisthenics and I noticed I need more core strength. This is my first day doing this, let's see how it goes!

    1st day, I still can't do the Front Lever…

  5. Seriously, this is great. First time we were useless and died during this. Now 2 weeks in we almost don't need a rest between both rounds and every exercise is done with better form. And abs are seen through even a little layer of fat.
    P.s. – done 5x/week in the gym after 1h regular workout.
