  1. I'd love to see how to make orange chicken or general tso's chicken but without having to use a premade sauce like G hughs. So if you could make a video going through the process and making it anabolic I'd love to see and replicate it myself!

  2. I dont know where the earlier chic-fil-a sauce recipe post went, so here you go:

    Low-fat mayo: 2 tbsp
    Sugar-free [honey]BBQ sauce: 1 tbsp
    [Honey]mustard: 1/2 tbsp or 1.5 tsp
    Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
    Lemon juice: 1-2 tsp
    Sweetener: 1 tsp

    Optional:
    <= 2 tsp imitation honey
    <= 2 tsp sugar-free syrup
    Dash of paprika and/or garlic powder

  3. Not claiming it's healthy or anabolic at all, but if you have 150 extra calories: Walmart has a Great Value brand Chicken Dipping Sauce that's supposed to taste just like Chick Fil A sauce

  4. I made these and the spice was a little over powering with the black pepper. Not sure if it was something I messed up on or just to much. Either way I'm gonna cut the black pepper in half on the next batch.
