  3. Hi sir. I have a doubt on myth 3. Whn i take access protein than required, after 2 to 3hrs I have to run to the restroom. I have tested this many times. Even it happnd to my frnd. But if I take limited protein, I'm good. Any sugesstion on this? I do workout regularly and drink lots of water.

  4. Brother testesterone is responsible for only 2 things in males…..
    1:regulation and formation of sperm.
    2:It maintains secondary sexual characters in males.

    Muscle building is a different science bro.

    @krisgethin recommends not to have carbs at night. Almost all IFBB pros recommends the same. But you are recommending to have it at night. This created slight confusion in my mind. Help me to clarify this.
