  1. hey guys i have been doing your full body resistance band workout 6 days a week every week and thats good for me , im now wanting to move onto weights and i have seen your 60 min dumbbell video, will that be OK for me to do 6 days a week? or am i taking on too much or does it depend what my body is ready for? love you guys many thanks x

  4. I'm. Morbidly obese but trying to strive towards a healthy lifestyle. Usually I skip a workout when I feel tired. However, today I am extremely proud to complete the entire thing.
    I did take breaks in between because my weight was not allowing me to continue for long but I'm happy to have completed this and will strive to take fewer breaks till I master this routine. Great routine by the way. Coach Kozak and Claudia are my all time favorites

  5. Did this workout with 5 friends using Zoom meetings. We loved it. Great overall strength workout. Was having a hard time finding a full hour workout on YouTube. This was perfect to hit all body parts!

  6. Y'all are something else!! O my Gosh. You do killer workouts. I injured myself doing HIIT with all the jumping and getting up and down and now use you guys exclusively focusing on weight training. You don't play. And although I am already pretty fit, HASfit, is a whole other level!!! Thank you and hope one day to never have to pause the videos.

  7. Not a bad, relatively light workout. Not remotely 800 calories unless you do it a lot more intensely than the instructors, and weigh over 250 pounds. Some exercises to avoid if you have issues with your shoulders, such as the modified push-ups, the shoulder work in the one arm push up position, and the on your back chest work with arms spread way out to the side. But, to be fair, he did say at the start to modify exercises to fit you.

  8. Honestly its boring after doing insanity work out ( that scream, that music, that passion in Shaun T) both of you are boring. Exercising like puppets. U speaking more than exercising guys. sorry unsubscribe !!!!! Honest review !!!!

  9. I had to take a lot of breaks but holy shit I refused to do those push ups.. I simply couldn't do it without my wrists hurting or just fail at getting back up. I did everything else though! This was really hard. I'm with Claudia those push ups suckkkk!

  10. Hi HASFit, I’m 61 years young and trying to get back into shape! You guys have been a Godsend during this COVID-19 stay home. You are easy to follow and I always feel the workout is working!! Keep up the good work…❤️❤️

  11. I never thought I would get through this workout, because I'm just starting to eat clean and exercise. you guys kept me going, thank You!!. I love how it shows the calorie burn counting up it's such a motivator to keep up with Claudia to feel the calories burning off of me. I did your warm up before doing this video a d really loved it too, I could actually keep up with coach lol.

  12. I like this workout. It was harder for me because I used 25 pound dumb bells … never again. Lol kidding I’ll use it but on certain sets. I have a 10 pound dumbell so I mix it in.
