  1. @310stanger what do you mean "GOOD CHOLESTEROL" ? even if its "good" there is a lot of cholesterol more than you need and too much it too much. a good thumb rule eat a whole egg for 2 egg white so if I am eating 4 egg whites Ill eat 2 whole eggs

  2. I appreciate that the fresh fruit and yoghurt are good for you and that the eggs are providing a good source of protein but surely a "healthy" breakfast shouldn't have croissants and loads of vegetable oil in it as these are both very high in fat and calories?

  4. Great video man iv been doing this for breakfast(minus da yolks:) for 8 months now and iv had tons of energy through out the day and has helped me in my workouts
    plus i got my dad 2 eat the yogurt and granola for the past 4 months and hes lost around 8 pounds and says he feels twice as good through out the day because of this breakfast thanks for the video and keep em coming aj

  14. Greek yogurt is good, but you should get the unflavored kind. The sugars are no good. A good rule of thumb for carbs is "Don't eat your carbs when you are sitting down". Only eat them immediately before or after exercise or when active. Carbs you don't burn will immediately be stored as fat in your body. If you follow this rule religously, you will be amazed by how lean your body will be. Also supplement with BCAA's as it will keep your body from consuming muscle fibers.
