I was wondering if you think this routine is good to develop my chest. Reply Hey AJ thanks for this it actually really helped! I've only really just started trying to get fit in the last couple of months and this is definitely something I struggle with. One other way I combat cravings is to go to the gym whenever I feel like I want junk food then when I get home I'll feel less inclined to eat it because then it makes me feel like my workout was pointless.
