  1. Hey AJ im having trouble toning out my chest right now my routine is Flat, Decline, Incline, Pec Dec flye machine, and last is cable crossovers. I was wondering if you think this routine is good to develop my chest.

  2. Hey AJ thanks for this it actually really helped! I've only really just started trying to get fit in the last couple of months and this is definitely something I struggle with. One other way I combat cravings is to go to the gym whenever I feel like I want junk food then when I get home I'll feel less inclined to eat it because then it makes me feel like my workout was pointless. Also if you do end up eating the food it sort of balances it out anyway
