  1. Odd, you mention not to take in (too much) fiber , yet you put psyllium husk powder in the post shake. .
    Either you backtracked on this info or we need to identify how much is 'too much' fiber post WO .

  3. Dude I dont know how your getting your information but your very off about vit C. All top Bodybuilders and powerlifters take extra vitamin c for recovery! In simple terms your damaging your muscle fibers during ur workout through weight training tearing muscle fibers. Free radicals have very little to do with that process while your training. Then you want the vit c to help in the recovery process to build back the damaged muscle. Bad advise buddy. You need to educate yourself better.
