Just wanted to mention that I tried doing this workout without the warm up as the coach suggested. Bad idea! I busted my knees and still dealing with pain. The first excercise are lunges which is not the right start without warm up.please do complete a warm up as it has an effect on your body
I only made it to 23 min. Hopefully I can work up to the full time !! Thanks for a good workout today

Does anyone else REALLY struggle with the push-up part? My hands DIG hard into the bar of the dumb bell and it hurts so bad.
